It’s like she was born to do this! Right when you walk into her class you knows the vibes are high! Everyone is hyped up and excited to be there! You can feel there’s a sense of community between all of the women. Everyone is chatting with friends or making new ones. One of Lilly’s strengths is creating a positive safe space for everyone. It’s not about comparison or competition. It’s about focusing on what you can do and cheering others on! Working out should be more than just burning a bunch of calories (even though you do in her classes).
